My passion for the arts, for the art of life,
melts into the culinary world.
I have been passionate about food ever since I taught myself to cook. My father’s love of food, experimenting in the kitchen, and trying new things sparked the inner flame within me to create in the kitchen using my intuition with full freedom.
I love to be in service; hosting dinners for friends & loved ones is something that brings me great joy.
I began my catering journey after managing retreats at a retreat center in Colorado.
It was a beautiful experience, and soon became something that clients asked for from me.
I love food as medicine, I love to be in service, & I love being in a kitchen.
Cooking has always been a meditation & art form for me.
I cook food using whole ingredients,
prioritizing cooking from scratch -
approaching my craft with deep gratitude & respect.
I imbue the food I cook with this loving energy &
this reverent approach is important to me.
I aim to serve you a rainbow of beautiful, nourishing foods.
Intentional sourcing is a priority -
I do follow the “Clean 15” / “Dirty Dozen” lists when need be.
I source organic & local when possible.
