Shipping

Processing and Delivery Times

Deliveries can be expected to arrive within 3-10 days from the time of shipment.

Deliveries outside of the USA can be expected to arrive within 10-15 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email at infinitelightwithin@runbox.com

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

Within USA, shipping cost is calculated from the total weight of your items. This ensures that you pay the lowest shipping cost possible for your order. To ensure shipping costs are covered though, shipping costs may differ between payment and postage of final shipped product. If there is a difference, it will not be refunded.

International shipping prices vary and are calculated at time of order per item.
Customer pays any additional fees that may be incurred.

Changes to Your Order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please email as soon as possible to infinitelightwithin@runbox.com.
If your order has already been shipped, Infinite Light Within accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
