Product Availability

All of the jewelry is custom designed and hand crafted by Kaja Pool in Bloomington, IN.
If you are interested in a piece that is currently out of stock or that you have seen before that is not available,
please contact me and we can discuss making this item available to you.

Because this jewelry is made by one artist, there is a 2-3 week window allotted for the piece to be made and shipped.

Infinite Light Within LLC makes every effort to ensure that the online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible.
Photos are taken at various times during the day in nature, and depending on monitor settings, may vary slightly in color.
When applicable, measurements of each piece are provided to the best of my abilities to give you an idea of the size and specifications.

Return Policy

If you decide to return your online purchase for any reason at all;
Infinite Light Within LLC will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date.

There are no refunds on custom orders.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to Infinite Light Within LLC.
The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box.
Infinite Light Within LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

All returns must be accompanied by the order # written somewhere inside the package contents,
or original sales receipt if one was provided.

Infinite Light Within LLC will process your return upon receipt of the package. Infinite Light Within LLC must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period, before issuing a refund.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your online purchase for any reason at all;
Infinite Light Within LLC will exchange your purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date.

Infinite Light Within LLC will process your exchange upon receipt of the package. Infinite Light Within LLC must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period, before issuing an exchange.

Exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to complete since the item will not be exchanged until the returned item is inspected. If you want the item sooner than later, simply purchase the item you wish to exchange for and proceed with an item return instead.

Repair

Because of the raw nature of the Palo Santo wood, touch ups and repairs may be desired to add life back to your jewelry.
Infinite Light Within LLC can re-sand, re-polish, and touch up your Palo Santo Jewelry for a repair fee of $20/hour.

Please allow 1 week for repairs to be completed once the piece has arrived to Infinite Light Within LLC.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Shipping cost back to the customer will be added to the repair bill.

Please email me for a shipping address if you wish to ship any letters, returns, or exchanges.
I travel often and do not keep the same address.
