Amethyst

A variety of quartz, amethyst is a "stone of spirituality and contentment". It facilitates transmutation of lower energies into the higher frequencies of both the spiritual and ethereal levels. 

It balances the energy of the intellectual, emotional, and physical bodies, enhancing cooperation and co-efficiency between these three bodies and between the physical and spiritual worlds. It clears the aura and bestows stability, strength, invigoration, and peace.
The "stone of meditation", it conducts the energy of calm/peace to help enter and maintain meditative state.
Amethyst opens and activates the crown chakra.

Directing love to the structure of amethyst increases the loving energy by orders of magnitude and returned to the region in which the amethyst is located. Garnet

Garnet is a "stone of health", extracting negative energy from the chakras, and transmuting the energy to the beneficial state.

Kyanite

This mineral never needs cleaning or clearing. It will not accumulate or retain negative energy or vibrations. Kyanite's energy is unlimited in application, making it one of the very best attunement stones.

Kyanite aligns all chakras automatically and immediately, with no conscious direction. If directed with consciousness, it can also open the chakras. Conscious direction can also align the emotional, intellectual, physical, spiritual, ethereal, and astral bodies. It stimulates the communication and psychic awareness on all levels. Nephrite is a form of jade which is comprised of jade and actinolite.

Nephrite enables one to balance the male and female energies and to exchange the energies to further provide for balancing between the self and a partner. Has been used as a talisman of protection, by tribal groups in New Zealand, to provide an invisible barrier against attack and illness. Jasper holds an aspect of solar energy and a connection to the solar plexus chakra.
